Nitric Oxide (NO) was discovered in 1998. It is well documented that it is made in the arteries of the body by the conversion of the amino acids L-Arginine or L-Citrilline into Nitric Oxide. However after age 35, the enzyme that does this conversion begins to disappear and this pathway makes less and less NO as time goes on.
I have tried MANY different nitric oxide products over the last 20 years and all have been uniformly disappointing until now. The Berkeley Life product comes with test strips that measure your nitric oxide levels and allow one to see before and after how effective this product is, and whether one or two capsules twice daily will be needed.
